EXecuTALK: You May Be Right - The Power of Intellectual Humility Amongst Leaders

EXecuTALK

Description

Leaders often carry the weight of expectations of those who look to them for all the answers. But what if the notion of an all-knowing leader is wrong?

Evidence now shows that the most adaptive, collaborative and resilient organizations have leaders who are perceived as intellectually humble rather than as overconfident experts. In this EXecuTALK, Robert Richard, a faculty member with the US Center for Leadership Development, will address why intellectual humility is an especially powerful tool for leaders today and explore how to be a more intellectually humble leader.
