Faculty member: Sabrina Andee

Sabrina Andee joined the School as an executive faculty member in August 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in federal organizations including the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Transport Canada, Infrastructure Canada, and Finance Canada. She has experience serving deputy ministers and ministers and has developed an extensive background in machinery of government and decision-making.

Most recently, she held various executive-level positions at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, where she led teams in providing advice to senior officials and Treasury Board ministers in a range of areas such as Treasury Board policies, the Lobbying Act, the Conflict of Interest Act, security and intelligence, defence and defence procurement (including the National Shipbuilding Strategy), immigration, and digital transformation.

In 2019, Sabrina's interest in teaching grew when she co-created an executive level community at the Treasury Board Secretariat to promote learning, professional development and community support. As an executive, she has enjoyed building strong, diverse teams, and coaching and mentoring individuals. As an executive faculty member, she hopes to help individuals develop in their roles as managers and executives as well as enhance the knowledge and skills of public servants in areas such as communication, policy and machinery of government.
